Plans for Silly Sunday are now final

The Plan

Meet at the Kambah Tavern from 11am. The tavern is better than most rumours would have you believe and has a couple of pool tables, juke-box, ACTTAB facilities, and some old fashioned cardies. They will also have the Swans v Saints match on from 1pm and we are guaranteed to be allowed in dressed-up and wont be kicked out. Anybody not happy with the venue should direct their displeasure towards Alty.

After the Swans v Saints match (about 3.30pm) we will maxi-cab it to the Irish for cheap beers, the band, Pokie fix - for those that need it -, and the joker jackpot, followed by dinner.

After that is anyones guess..........

Rules

Dress up as anything, no particular theme, but it must be good or you will cop a fine!

Don't make an ass of yourself and get the Woden Blues a bad reputation or look...

RULES/FINES

$20 - Not dressing up

$5 - Arriving after 11.15am

$10 - Arriving after 11.30am

$15 - Arriving after 11.45am

$20 - Arriving after midday

$5 - If you drive and don't get dropped off

$2 - If you say the F or C words

$1 - If you drink with your right hand

$1 - If you point (elbow points permitted)

$1 - If you falsely accuse someone of breaking a rule

Specials

$5 - If you use the toilet during a declared 30 minute 'water hazard'

$2 - If you fail to prefix a team-mates name with "Mc" during Mc Happy hour (1pm - 2pm)

eg Mc Budge, Mc Googs, or Mc Shicken ; )

*** "Best Dressed" will receive a free beer and $50 out of the fine bucket to put on five $10 bests on the races and/or Swans v Saints game. All winnings will go back into the bucket.

ALL fines collected will be put towards maxi-cabs from the tavern to the Irish, drinks at the Irish, and dinner at the Irish.
